Steps to Placing an Order |

1) Browse or search through products in the online store.
2) Add the product(s) you’d like to purchase to the Shopping Cart.
3) From the “View Cart” page, you may change the quantity of the product(s) or remove products from the order.
4) After the correct product(s) and quantities are in the Shopping Cart you may proceed to “Checkout” to purchase the items.
5) During the Checkout process you will be asked to provide shipping & billing information, payment information, and the shipping method you would like to use. If applicable, coupon codes are also entered during the checkout process
6) A confirmation page will show once the order has been submitted, as well as an email confirmation to the email address you provided during the checkout process. |

Order Confirmation |

After an order has been fully submitted, a conformation page will ensure your order has been fully submitted. If you believe you have fully submitted an order, but don’t see a confirmation page, it is possible that an Internet communication error has occurred. In this case, do not replace the order. Replacing an order that has been successfully submitted will cause duplicate orders and duplicate charges to your credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout account. If we feel an order was mistakenly placed twice we will notify the customer via e-mail to resolve the issue. Even thought we will try our hardest to detect these issues we are not responsible for duplicate orders and duplicate charges to credit cards, PayPal or Google Checkout accounts. If you do find the order was not fully submitted successfully, then please replace the order with the original product(s) and quantities you would like to purchase. If you are unsure if an order was placed or not or if you accidentally submitted an order more than once, feel free to contact customerservice@shop123go.com to resolve any issues.

Order Communication |
|
A confirmation email will be send once an order is fully submitted detailing the order and the shipping address. If there are any confusions or issues with the order or shipping address, we will email (or call if necessary) the customer with concerns about the order. Once the order has been shipped, an email from UPS will be sent to the customer with a tracking number(s) and the estimated date the package(s) should arrive.

Changing or Canceling Orders |
|
Orders may only be changed or canceled if the customer contacts us before the order is shipped. Note that most orders are shipped the same day by 4:30pm(PST). Please send all changes or cancellation requests to customerservice@shop123go.com.

Discounts for Volume Purchases |

Shop123go.com does provide discounts for customers who would like to purchase products in a large volume. Please contact customerservice@shop123go.com with details about the product(s) and quantities you would like to purchase and we will contact you with pricing information.

Backorders |
|
All backorder purchases will be fulfilled in the order they are received once the product(s) are available for shipment. An email will be sent to customers who order products on backorder that details the estimated time the product(s) will be available. During this time customers do have the option to cancel the order and be fully refunded.

Canceled Purchases |
|
Shop123go.com will cancel orders for various reasons. If the shipping address cannot be verified or the method of payment is rejected, Shop123go.com will contact the customer in order to clear up any issues that would cause an order to be canceled. If the issue still stands after one week from the date the order was place then the order will be canceled.
Shop123go.com makes every effort to ensure products are priced correctly and the corresponding pictures are correct, but if a product is priced incorrectly or is misrepresented in anyway, Shop123go.com reserves the right to cancel orders that include such products. |
