Shop123go.com takes special measures to protect the privacy of our customers. No personal (name, address, and email) or financial (account and credit card) information collected by this site is sold or given to a company, organization, or person outside our company that isn't directly needed to complete a transaction. All personal and financial information collected by this site is only used to process orders, contact customers about an order, provide customers with promotional information (when requested), and for demographic marketing research conducted within the company.
Shop123go.com uses secure thrid party agents to process all payments through this site. Currently we offer three different secure payment options, which include PayPal (privacy policy), Google Checkout (privacy policy), and Credit Cards. All credit card purchases are encrypted, which only the processing computer system is able to read. Complete credit card information is not viewable to anyone. To issue a refund for credit card purchases on returned products or undeliverable orders, the customer must provide us with the credit card number and expiration date for the card used for the purchase.
This site uses cookies to identify returning customers. Cookies allows the site to remember returning visitors so that visitors can view products they have placed in their Shopping Cart on previous visits. Products are only saved in the Shopping Cart for one (1) hours after the customer leaves the site.
For marketing reasons we use a tool provided by Google to track statistical data about how visitors navigate through the site while visiting. No personal information is collected during this time except the city and state of the IP address of the visitor.
Shop123go.com will contact customers via email during the processing and shipping period of an order to confirm the order was submitted, and another email when an order has been sent, which will include the tracking number of the shipment. If necessary, Shop123go.com will phone customers regarding complications with an order.
We will not send additional promotional emails unless the customer has indicated that they would like to receive promotional material by signing up for the newsletter and special promotions.
You may update any personal information you have provided to us by logging into your account and update the information found there. If you placed an order with us and did not open an account, but would still like to update the information provided to us, please email customerservice@shop123go.com with the original information provided (for identification purposes) and the updated information. |
