Return Policy
At Shop123go.com, we understand that it can be difficult purchasing online since you can't see and touch the product you will actually be receiving. This difficulty is eliminated by our "14-Day Product Evaluation Period." We give you 14 days from the date of purchase to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you ordered from Shop123go.com doesn't totally meet your expectation, then just notify returns@shop123go.com and ship the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product we will completely refund you the price of the product* including tax (not including shipping charges). Returned products will not be accepted if they are not in the condition they were at the time of purchase. Return Process 1) Send a return request to returns@shop123go.com with the following information - Order Number: Product Code: Reason For Return: 2) A conformation email will be sent back to you with further shipping instructions 3) To issue a refund for credit card purchases we need the customer's credit card number and expiration date used for the purchase. *A 15% repackaging fee will be charged to all products returned without original packaging, tags & labels.
